Prescott, Arizona is the county seat for Yavapai
County. Twice in it's history it was the capital of the Arizona
Territory. The elevation of Prescott is slightly over 5300 feet
above sea level, so winters are mild and summers are cooler than
much of Arizona.

and kayak, and art to see at its world class museums.
